The 1975 Eldorado lost its rear fender skirts this season and saw a major facelift, as well. Square headlamps were new.  Wrap-around cornering lamps were gone, being replaced by a narrow, rectangular type, housed in the front fender tips.  The parking lamps and directionals were placed in the bumper ends. Larger rear quarter windows appeared on the coupe and a new cross hatch grille was used on both styles. The rear fender wells were enlarged, causing the horizontal belt molding to end just ahead of the wheel openings.
