The model B was introduced in January of 1904. The Calendar-year sales and
production for both A & B models combined was 2,319. The Cadillac factory
burned down in the spring of 1904, reducing production to almost nothing
for 45 days. Deposits on 1,500 orders were returned. Cadillac's volume of
sales still exceeded those of any other make in the country. |
